Upper Mustang

Upper Mustang is a region located in the northern part of the Mustang District in Nepal, near the border with Tibet. It's situated within the rain shadow area of the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri mountains. This region, formerly known as the Kingdom of Lo, is known for its unique Tibetan culture, ancient monasteries, and stunning landscapes.
